Smelly Feet? Not a problem anymore

Smelly feet have always been a problem for those suffering from this problem as well as those who are around people suffering from this. It causes a lot of embarrassment and inferiority complex amongst the sufferers.

The worst part is one thinks one cannot do anything about it. Well if you too are suffering from this problem, here are the perfect remedies for you.

Deal with Smelly Feet

Here are few of the steps which are quite efficient in dealing with smelly feet. These are:

Wash the feet with antibacterial soap and dry it completely. Keeping it wet or unwashed causes more bacteria and ultimately more odor.
Drink a lot of water so that the sweat your body gives out has more water and thus less odor.
Make a very strong black tea and keep your feet in that tea for 10 minutes a day. Continue this for 2 weeks and you will easily get rid of smelly feet.
Do not wear any synthetic or nylon socks as they are not able to absorb sweat. On the contrary, wear cotton socks so that your sweat can be absorbed.
Make a solution of baking soda, water and a little amount of vinegar. Dip your feet in this solution for few minutes everyday. This helps a lot in reducing the problem of smelly feet.
Boil some water and add lime juice in it. Add some vinegar in it. Let the water warm. No dip your feet in that water and keep it there for some time. This will also help in reducing smelly feet.
Also, by avoiding intake of any form of sugar and alcohol for a week keeps your sweat odor proof. This experiment can be done in order to find out why the feet smells.
Use soaps that are applicable on acne, and see the results. Smelly feet will definitely not be a problem.
